Our refund policy applies only for assignments for which assignment has not been started or completed. If you purchase an order and cancel it, we cannot do a refund. Additionally, you are not eligible for a refund if the assignment you are going to be used in the future.
Below is how our refund policy works:
- After sending a refund request, we analyze it and send you an email confirming its receipt.
- We then notify you of your refund approval or rejection.
- If your refund is approved, it is processed and funds are automatically credited to your initial method of payment within a few days.
If your refund is late or missing, first check your account again. If you have paid for your order using a credit card or PayPal, contact you Credit Card Company because sometimes it takes time for the funds to reflect on your card. Next, contact your bank because usually, there is some processing time before the funds are credited to your account. If you have tried all this and your funds are still not reflecting on your account, kindly get in touch with us.
NB: Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items. We do not give a refund for sale items.
